Why is a building is always hidden?
Hey PPL U have not noticed that a building is always covered with a sheet. Any idea why?
This would probably be the tarps covering the scaffolding. It must maintain the random elements that can fall or be emitted from the workplace, from landing in someone or something else down. No drama, just for safety reasons and litigation.
